The hotel is really nice and the staff are friendly and nice, me and my little boy where coming by bus and the hotel let us know which bus to catch from Ledds city centre, the bust stop is a maximum 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel was a price and location was good to get to the airport the next day. The hotel also booked a taxi for us to go to the airport the next morning. We where out before breakfast but you can pay to have a 3 course meal in the evening, which is a great value for money. The rooms are spacious nice and clean.

This was an emergency booking on behalf of relatives who live nearby, as their water and heating had failed after an attempted repair in a cold snap. Booked for the same night, they were given a nice large room on the upper floors and had a quiet night in the warm. Staff were very understanding with them and knew (after a call from me) of them coming, etc. It is no-frills but the price and cancellation flexibility - very competitive with the nearest budget chain - was also much appreciated as it was not a 'holiday'.

The hotel has just refurbished all the rooms so .New carpets and seems like new matresses ,very comfortable and bright ,great bathroom ,good sized rooms in a really cool countryside location but still close to the airport ,Rooms are never noisy car park is fast and ive always been able to find parking ,And staff every meber is friendly approacable articulate and happy to help .Plus it is so affordbale great value for money

Very clean and well maintained, couldn't fault the room, well decorated and airy, with the most fabulous curtains. Our 2 dogs were made welcome, and not frowned upon like some large hotels we've stayed in! Didn't have the hotel food as we checked in too late and left early, but the restaurant looked lovely and very clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

There is many things I liked, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff was excellent and went beyond expectation. I was attending a course at the hotel for the week, the staff was exceptional helpful for our course and the tutor via providing food, snacks and hot and cold drinks throughout the days. The facilities was great including the restaurant.
